Delilah
One of the co-founders of The Dialogue Consultants, Delilah moved to
southern Maine in 2007. Delilah provides diversity training and
organizational development consulting, particularly to university sports
teams and coaches as well as non-profit organizations.
Unique features of Delilah's training programs include:
. On-going training relationship, to support incremental change
. Attention to building alliances and addressing differences, inclusive of
race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, class, physical ability
and other differences particular to the group
. Combination of awareness training, skill-building and strategic change
management
. Skill-building around dialogue and conflict
. Five consecutive years of successful experience working in-depth with
one Division I university women's athletic team
. Supportive counseling, coaching and mediation skills

Delilah offers the training programs sports teams need to bring out the
strengths of diversity and build alliances across differences, improving
recruitment, retention and on-the-court communication. In addition,
She provides the organizational development consulting that
non-profits and college/university departments need to increase clarity of
purpose and direction, improve processes and create more inclusive
environments.
Delilah's undergraduate degree was in Philosophy from Middlebury College
in Vermont, and her Master of Education degree from the University of
Vermont was focused on multiculturalism and the foundations of education.
A published author, Delilah's passion is bringing about sustainable
